
I love Le Creuset, and I use the Enameled Steel Stock Pot or the Soup Pot everytime I cook. I have both in Caribbean Blue. Their names are a bit misleading because both pots are on the small side-you couldn't really cook much stock or soup in either pot. They are perfect, though, for your normal family cooking.

I love that color.

I love the blue...I have a set in red. Stuff seems to stick in mine a bit though. Do you have the same problem?

ReplyDeleteAngela- I have not had a problem with sticking, but I am aware that you can so I am very careful when using Le Creuset. Giada uses a cleaner from William Sonoma to clean her Le Creuset.
ReplyDeleteQueen B- I have the large Dutch oven (in yellow) and I love it. I always use it for Coq Au Vin and Beef Bourguignon. I tried to cook those in the crock pot one time (thought they make be okay in a slow cooker) and they were not nearly as good. There is something about the cast iron.
Ooooh - preeeeety!!! Some day they'll give in to the preppiness and make a pink & green dutch oven!!
